A return service is provided to help resolve situations where an item does not meet expectations or arrives with an issue. An exchange service is not offered. Furniture items are prepared, allocated, and dispatched through coordinated fulfilment processes, and direct replacements would require repeated handling that may affect accuracy and delivery timing. To ensure clarity and efficiency, requests for alternative items are handled through a return and refund, followed by a new order if needed.
Returns may apply in cases including a change of mind, confirmed product defects, missing parts, or damage during transit, provided the conditions outlined in this policy are met.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement and will be eligible for a full refund. Orders placed more than 48 hours prior, or orders that have already been dispatched, cannot be cancelled.
For delivered orders, a return request should be submitted within 48 days of receipt. If the returned item meets the refund conditions, a refund will be issued. Where an item is received damaged or incorrect, a full or partial refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

A return shipping label is included inside the parcel at the time of delivery. If your request is approved, this label should be used to return the item according to the provided instructions.
Each request is reviewed based on the information provided, the order status, and compliance with this policy. If the request meets the requirements, return instructions will apply and the item should be sent back following the outlined process.
Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days using the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on the processing timelines of your bank or card issuer.
For voluntary returns, certain costs such as original delivery or return handling fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable. If the return is due to a confirmed product defect or transit-related damage, return shipping will be arranged without charge.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, altered, incomplete, or returned outside the stated conditions are not eligible for a refund. All refunds are processed through the original payment provider and returned to the same payment method used at checkout.
